Over time, you would have paired your headphones to many devices. When this happens, the headphones accumulate different profiles within its limited memory cache. If you are not able to detect or pair an existing device, refer to this article on how to clear and reset your headphones:
Symptoms:
  1. The headset does not Power On or keeps on freezing.
  2. Connection or pairing issues.
  3. The headset's LED indicator does not light up as per normally.
  4. Microphone feedback or echo noise issues.
The above symptoms can be resolved by following the steps below.
How to clear the headphones of existing profiles:
  • With the headset in the Off mode, press and hold the Volume Down "-" and Multifunction  or Power/Pair  buttons for 6 seconds or more, or until you see a blue blinking light (red LED blinking twice slowly for WP-250) on the Right earcup.
How to reset the headphones:
  • If the headset malfunctions, you can reset it by supplying it with power via a USB cable that is connected from a computer., Then press the Volume Up "+" and Multifunction buttons for approximately 1 second.
